REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
General Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by SeaSky
If SeaSky finds it necessary to cancel a workshop, all participants/students will be notified immediately. If a workshop must be cancelled completely, SeaSky will give students the opportunity of a full refund or will transfer their payment to another workshop available at SeaSky on the grounds that there are still spaces available.
Cancellation by You
We will provide a refund if you give advance notice of 10 working days before the workshop start date that you will not be taking up your place on a workshop.
Please note there is an administration fee of £5 payable in respect of refunds.
Please note, if you withdraw within 10 working days of the workshop, you will not be entitled to a refund, unless we can fill the space.
If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness, then SeaSky must be informed immediately so that the Tutor / Artist Educator can be notified.
Non-attendance of workshops does not not automatically mean a refund, however SeaSky will consider the circumstances with fair and reasonable consideration.
Changes and cancellations
We aim to deliver all workshops as advertised.
However workshops may be cancelled, or changed, if enrollments are too low or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Dates for enrollment are provisional and subject to change.
COVID 19
SeaSky will follow scientific, government and local advice at all times - at the current time (March 2022) we still would ask that attendees to workshops wear face coverings to protect the tutors, staff and other attendees.
Cancellations made in accordance, response or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance such as the impact of test and trace, national or local regulation, the decision or requirement of tutors, students, or SeaSky staff to self isolate will be subject to different terms and conditions to those detailed under our general policy.
We will endeavour to provide the most equitable and supportive solution for tutors, students and ourselves.
If SeaSky needs to cancel your booking or activity for any reason relating to Covid 19 we will first attempt to look at rescheduling the activity for a later date or offering an alternative workshop of the same value.
If this solution is not deemed to be viable by SeaSky then we will provide refunds.
Disclaimer

SeaSky can accept no responsibility for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to introduce changes to the information given here, including the addition, withdrawal, relocation or restructuring of the workshops.
