Tetra Pak etching (also known as Tetra Pak drypoint or intaglio printmaking) is a great upcycling project and a way to introduce you to drypoint etching.
We will be using a low tech, low-cost, eco-friendly printmaking method using coated milk or juice cartons as an alternative to metal or plastic plates, and an upcycling pasta machine to press our prints!
This workshop is spread over two sessions - one to prepare the plates and one to do the printing.
you can expect to complete at least one design and produce a number of editions, learning basic etching printmaking techniques which can be replicated at home.
All materials and refreshments are provided.
